MVP Bronze, Silver and Gold plans are designed for Employers to partially self-fund as an Employer Group.
Offered exclusively through Health Compass for Employer Groups, MVP Health Care Plans are qualified under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and compliant under MEC / EHB / MVP Section 1302(b)(1) of the ACA.
MVP Group Health Care Plans meet the ten categories of Essential Health Benefits set forth by the Federal Health & Human Services (HHS) and Minimum Essential Coverages (MEC) for qualification under the Affordable Care Act.
Under Federal Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) for Employer Self-Funding, MVP Group Health Care Plans are compliant.
MVP Group Health Care Plans are available for Part-Time and Full-Time employees. An additional feature of MVP is that Employers can offer, with or without contribution, MVP for retention of 1099 contractors and will billed under list-bill provisions.
